Using Adobe Indesign: How to output a high resolution file format?

- Launch Adobe Indesign
- File > Export
- Please look at Format > Adobe PDF > Save
- Export Adobe PDF > Press Optimized .(CTP)
- Make sure to tick the options checklist (Reference the screen shot below)
- Go to Advance on the Left Column > Preset > High Resolution > Export
- You are Done
