New Document
- Launch Adobe Indesign
- File > New > Document > More Options > Bleed
- Add 3mm Bleed for all the sides
- Click OK
For Existing Adobe Indesign File
- Launch Adobe Indesign
- File > Document Setup > Bleed
- Add 3mm Bleed for all the sides
- Click OK
