For New Document
- Launch Adobe Illustrator
- File > New > Bleed
- Add 3mm Bleed for all the sides
- Click OK
For Existing Adobe Illustrator File
- Launch Adobe Illustrator
- File > Document Setup > Bleed
- Add 3mm Bleed for all the sides
- Click OK
